1. How long is shipping times?

Your products will ship within one day of your order, and then take up to one to 1-5 business days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Poca Dollys Playhouse has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. Due to Covid-19 some items may take longer.

2. What's your return policy?

Due to COVID-19 we don’t accept returns, but just contact us about your situation. We will make accommodations in some cases.

3.Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible, but sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. If so order can not be canceled.

4.What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there's an issue with your order, or if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective then simply notify us, and we'll give you a refund. 

5.Do you offer exchanges?

Due to COVID-19 we do not offer exchanges.
